A Day With Sadie Mae (2D Animation) - Toon Boom Harmony

A Day With Sadie Mae is a bit of a passion project as it tells the story of how I adopted my best friend.
For this project I chose to create a 2D animation using Toon Boom Harmony. To create the story, I began with a storyboard of each scene I wanted and from there I made detailed backgrounds. Next I made cutouts of a stylized Yorkie for my characters in front, side and quarter views. After importing the cutouts into Toon Boom, I created a hierarchy and rig using pegs. The pegs link each individual cutout into one object while still allowing for movement of each appendage.
All backgrounds and characters were drawn using Photoshop.
